As an Antelope Valley native, Jo Caro has extensive knowledge of the area, and he can easily relate to its residents. Jo received his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
