Kevin Kistler

Kevin Kistler is a rising trial attorney at Kistler Law Firm. During his final year in law school, Kevin represented low-income families with various legal issues including writing and examining small business contracts, negotiating payment alternatives to the IRS, and providing general legal advice. Since then, Kevin prides himself on being the one to meet his potential clients during their initial consultation and being available for them throughout their case (and even beyond that!).

At Kistler Law Firm, Kevin specializes in car accidents and premises liability. During your consultation, expect Kevin to provide insight on your case, even if it is not a matter he can represent you for. As your attorney, Kevin’s goal is to maximize the value of your claim, particularly your pain and suffering portion. When not practicing law, Kevin likes to spend time with his wife and their corgi, Suzi.
