Among his numerous professional affiliations, Paul is a Volunteer Settlement Officer for the Antelope Valley Courthouse and an Advisory Board Member for the University of Antelope Valley.

Jo received his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Kevin Kistler is a rising trial attorney at Kistler Law Firm. During his final year in law school, Kevin represented low-income families with various legal issues including writing and examining small business contracts, negotiating payment alternatives to the IRS, and providing general legal advice. Since then, Kevin prides himself on being the one to meet his potential clients during their initial consultation and being available for them throughout their case (and even beyond that!).

Carol Starr is the office administrator at Kistler Law Firm. Carol has been serving the Antelope Valley for over 15 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. She also attended the Master of Business program at Pepperdine University. Carol currently lives in Lancaster with her husband, Brian, and their Dogo Argentino named Lexi. After all these years, Carol still enjoys helping our personal injury clients through every aspect of their accident claims and working with the wonderful team at Kistler Law Firm.
John KistlerParalegal
John Kistler is the paralegal at Kistler Law Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematical Finance from Brown University. John’s dedication to the community is reflected in his volunteer work, including park clean-ups, elderly care, and fundraising. In addition to his paralegal duties, John leads the development of automation processes to improve the firm’s efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys speed-solving Rubik’s cubes and playing GeoGuessr.
Fergie BarrientosLitigation Secretary
Fergie Barrientos is the litigation secretary at Kistler Law Firm. Fergie received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach. She is also currently working towards receiving her Paralegal Certificate from Pasadena City College. Outside of the office, Fergie enjoys hiking, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
Rocio BrandtLegal Secretary
Rocio Brandt is the legal secretary at Kistler Law Firm. Rocio is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in the personal injury field, serving the Antelope Valley community since 2007. At Kistler Law Firm, Rocio specializes in medical records and documentation, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and organized for each case. She is also responsible for settlement breakdowns and closing out cases. By negotiating with medical providers to minimize liens, Rocio ensures our clients receive the maximum settlement they deserve. In her free time, Rocio enjoys playing board games, exploring diverse culinary experiences, and traveling.
Augustin FloresCase Manager
Augustin Flores is the case manager at Kistler Law Firm. Although Augustin grew up in Culver City, he has since lived in the Antelope Valley for many years. Augustin attended Culver City High School and East Los Angeles College. As a resident of the Antelope Valley, Augustin knows firsthand the dangers of driving throughout southern California. As a case manager with about a decade of experience, Augustin does his very best to reach the highest value for your case as efficiently as possible. Outside of law, Augustin is an avid sports fan, horse racing fan, and outdoorsman.

Jalynn Richardson is a Case Manager for Kistler Law Firm. Jalynn has been a resident of the Antelope Valley since she was 15 years old. She attended Quartz Hill High School and Antelope Valley College. She also received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Riverside and a paralegal certificate from the University of California Los Angeles. Working at Kistler Law Firm has helped Jalynn establish a passion for personal injury law. She particularly loves seeing the joy our clients have with the results we fight for. In her free time, Jalynn enjoys spending time with her twins. She loves to cook and watch basketball. It is always a plus that Kistler Law Firm sponsors our local teams!
Vanessa CamachoCase Manager
Vanessa Camacho is a case manager at Kistler Law Firm. Vanessa has lived in the Antelope Valley her whole life, where she attended SOAR High school and Antelope Valley College. She spent five years in Berkeley, CA at UC Berkeley for a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a fellowship program after graduating. Vanessa returned to give back to her home town and plans to apply to law school to further her career in this field. Her passion for law has fueled her to fight for our clients till the highest value is reached for each case. When Vanessa is not working, she enjoys reading, ATV riding, and caring for her two miniature bull terriers.

Miranda Brandt is the marketing manager at Kistler Law Firm. Miranda is currently pursuing her studies in Electrical Engineering at Harvey Mudd College. As a Presidential Scholar and WISTEM mentor, Miranda advocates for diversity and sustainability in technology. Beyond academia, Miranda finds inspiration in literature, travel, and hands-on engineering projects. Miranda’s dedication to sustainable electrical engineering extends to her current role, where she utilizes her marketing expertise to support the growth of Kistler Law Firm.
Danelly ChangLegal Assistant
Danelly is the legal assistant at Kistler Law Firm. She has called the Antelope Valley her home since the age of five. She attended UC San Diego, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus in Public Law. Having worked with various communities, she strives to serve others to the best of her ability. Outside of work, Danelly enjoys spending time with family, going on hikes, and reading.
